Burnt bread, disgusting yet again. You’ll either get this delivered cold, missing components or burnt! Same old with GDK. Absolute hit and miss. If you burn the bread then don’t severe it you idiots!Just look at the state of the kebab in the picture, pure disgusting!
Food was average at that.One of the donner boxes consisted of more salad than anything and a few soggy chips right at the bottom.The other donner box was cold and just tasteless.Won't order again unfortunately.
Food was lovely, was enjoying it until the owner/boss started shouting at his staff calling him stupid which made us feel very uncomfortable 😢
Lovely food great service comfortable seating. Wished I had 1 closer to home 🙏🏻
Use to be so good but 3rd time approaching one or the other letdown. This time no matter it says 30-40min delivery time it arrived after 1h14min. It was room temperature and had no a single pot of sauce. Another let down.
Been to many gdk up and down the country all usually good but this one never again, front of house are great but thr guy preparing at back of house,I think has a hatred of service ,dishing out wafer thin kebabs and small amounts of stale sauce,like I said never again, even a greasy kebab shop can do better than this
What has happened to GDK?The box meals used to be my favourite lunchtime meal. But now, second time I got a half filled box and I was charged £8? That’s extremely unreasonable, at least fill the box. I have reviewed GDK multiple times before, and it’s sad to be leaving this review. The service from the staff and atmosphere is always amazing in the store, but can we please get the boxes to be filled like they are supposed to.
After we received this order in this situation. Literally no chicken inside at all. The worst part was the rude attitude of who responded the phone. Save your money or spend it somewhere else.
I have eaten at GDK at so many places in Uk but I have to say it was the worst. The panini was sooooo bad just tasted of cheese and nothing else just hated it. Ruined my mood. There were only bits of chicken in it! Worst ever experience.

We have often considered popping in to try, as we do enjoy ordered Kebabs from our local kebab shop (not a GDK)However, too be honest having now tried, we will not be returning.We used the self order machines, the Doner Krunch Burger caught my eye.. as I do love Cool Original Doritos..Before ordering, I popped to the counter and asked staff whether the Cheese sauce had any spice or was hot in anyway as in spicy hot, nacho cheese sauce etc. Staff seemed to struggle with the question, eventually they grabbed a plastic bottle (unlabelled) and said that it was like a American Cheese Sauce, mild cremy and not spicy at all.Having ordered, we sat down at a table, it was a little unclear weather the food was going to be bought over or we had to collect from the counter. We didn't get a receipt from the machine, as nothing appeared. The staff were not overly helpful or clear.Having opened wrappings, the food was not like the pictures. The Krunch Burger had one Doritos, just the one.. the meat was ok.. but the cheese sauce, for my pallet was a spicy sauce.. too much for me, certainly not a mild creamy cheese sauce.The Doner Panini was dry, the Cheese sauce was spicy, the meat was ok, yet not much within the Panini, for us not the perfect kebab for lunch.The chips were really bad, hard and unpleasant. The seasoning was hit and miss, loads on some, nothing on others, basically just powder tipped on part; really not good value for money, small portions.All in all.. really not for us.. perhaps if it had been early house of the morning and we had been drinking all night, this might have been passable.There was absolutely no atmosphere, we can now see why there were no other customers, and often not many when we have walked by. Plenty of staff but lacked quality, lacked good quality and lacked value for money.
