I ordered two items a chicken n rice box which is was fine and a chicken box and as I opened the bag off food a weird smell came from the bag and when I opened the chicken box I knew the smell was coming from that a off kinda smell and it was definitely the vegetables that were off and im not happy with it.
I’ve been a regular customer of Pepe’s for a while but recently I’ve been noticing a degrading quality of service. I’ve been patient for multiple orders and have even raised the issue with management before posting here.1. Their negligence in handling the food delivery has become worse. I’ve ordered through their app for a while now and the recent orders have all been delivered at least 30 mins later than the time they show as ETA. And the worst is for today when I chose time of delivery to be late around 7 pm while placed the order around 5.30 but when I received the order the pita bread was completely dry and very hard to eat. Also, I’ve called them and requested for providing separate package for the chicken which they ignored completely. If I wanted some dry pita with no flavour I would’ve either skipped it or got a plain pita bread. I feel the money is a total waste here.2. For the recent orders, there were multiple times the package was broken and the juices spill all over the place upon opening the cover. Raised this issue multiple times with the store but no resolution.Like I said, I loved their service earlier but because of more than appalling service these days I had to provide such a negative review.
Order food for collection today, Chicken burger meal, burger 🍔 bun was very soggy, lettuce was mouldy. Did phone and complain not to get another burger for free, just to let them know food was not up to the standard, lady on the phone was polite offer me another burger, I didn’t want one but she was saying we took feedback seriously, another burger will be with you in 10 mins but never turned up, but thanks anyways.Most of the time I order food for my children’s but now I think I should look elsewhere as there food and service getting poor.

Amazing staffs, especially for he one taking the orders. Went in there 5 minutes before closing time and was still greeted respectfully and got my food in good time. Absolute life saver.
Ordered for delivery on APP at 17:03 today , no confirmation email from shop , nobody answered phone , voicemail full . Called head office number only open 9-5 Monday to Friday . Food arrived 30 minutes late , chicken burgers were awful buns very hard , obviously microwaved too long . Chips were cold .

I’m very disappointed today I have seen burned coal in my quesadilla and thank god I haven’t eaten that bite and there are no jalapeños in my both quesadillas which I loved to eat and because of this I always order this hot n spicy quesadilla. I’ve ordered through the app, and the missed three sauces that i paid for, peri peri fries hardly any on the fries ( which u pay extra for)The rice seems to be reheated and not fresh at all.Disappointed19 pounds for a very bad meal.
Nice but too pricey for the portion size for the amount paid .Clean environment and ok service .Good food presentation with allergy stickers .They also give discounts to students and NHS staff.
1. Don’t order the BBQ panini, uncooked dough with a hint of meat inside, picture so disappointing2. Chicken burger - full of oil, tasteless and lacking any flavour3. I don’t understand why do I have to listen to their Arab praying all the time I am there ?4. No atmosphere, nothing special.5. It is not it used to be, when the customer comes first and you get properly served.6. Bored employees, no smiles, toilet locked… and I could go on forever.Shame…
